VIDEO: Thierry Henry, Jamie Redknapp and Jamie Carragher predict:

Paul Merson predicts:

"What's clear is that Chelsea aren't the same team without Eden Hazard but Burnley at home on the opening day of the season is a nice game given the Clarets' poor away record. I fear Huddersfield will struggle on the opening day and I think Stoke will as well having lost Marko Arnautovic to West Ham. Southampton and Swansea both have big questions hanging over their best players and I can see them drawing, while I can see West Brom dominating Bournemouth at set-plays."

Chelsea 3-1 Burnley

Crystal Palace 3-1 Huddersfield

Everton 2-0 Stoke

Southampton 1-1 Swansea

West Brom 2-1 Bournemouth

Leeds 2-1 Preston

Phil Thompson predicts:

"I can see a few clean sheets coming in on Saturday. Chelsea should get one given Burnley's away form last season and Southampton kept 14 of them last season so should be worth backing against a depleted Swansea attack. I think Everton look solid at the back but it might take their frontline a bit of time to gel so I'm going for a goalless draw at Goodison Park."

Chelsea 3-0 Burnley

Crystal Palace 2-1 Huddersfield

Everton 0-0 Stoke

Southampton 1-0 Swansea

West Brom 1-0 Bournemouth

Leeds 3-0 Preston

Charlie Nicholas predicts:

"I can also see Everton having to graft for their first win as I'm not convinced Sandro Ramirez is a prolific striker. I do, however, see goals from Crystal Palace and Southampton against sides set for a long, hard campaign. I can't separate West Brom and Bournemouth but think Chelsea will be comfortable, but not prolific as Alvaro Morata settles in. Leeds started with a decent win and backed it up on Wednesday night, so I fancy them to see off Preston."

Chelsea 2-0 Burnley

Crystal Palace 3-1 Huddersfield

Everton 1-0 Stoke

Southampton 3-1 Swansea

West Brom 1-1 Bournemouth

Leeds 3-1 Preston

Matt Le Tissier predicts:

"I'm hopeful that Southampton can score a goal at St Mary's for the first time since April and, with Manolo Gabbiadini and Charlie Austin potentially starting together, I'm even going for them to get two against Swansea. Then I think Chelsea and Everton can both keep clean sheets and fancy Huddersfield to get a point at Crystal Palace as Frank de Boer adapts to the Premier League."

Chelsea 3-0 Burnley

Crystal Palace 1-1 Huddersfield

Everton 2-0 Stoke

Southampton 2-1 Swansea

West Brom 1-2 Bournemouth

Leeds 2-0 Preston
