Armie Hammer apologises to Casey Affleck over sexual misconduct remarks Armie Hammer has apologised to Casey Affleck after alleging there were "double standards" in Hollywood over sexual misconduct. The Call Me by Your Name actor discussed The Birth of a Nation director Nate Parker and Affleck in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in November (17).The epic slavery drama was snubbed by the Oscars earlier this year after it was revealed Parker was charged with several counts of rape as a sophomore in college in 1999. He was acquitted of all charges and his accuser later committed suicide in 2012.

This Cowboys defender is currently second in the NFL with 13.5 sacks on the season.

The Cowboys ’ dire cap situation led to Ware’s release. In looking for his long-term replacement, they gave up a third-round pick to move The Cowboys ’ personnel choices may have been minor, but the move from Monte Kiffin to Rod Marinelli as the team’s defensive coordinator has been significant.

Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence has taken the NFL by storm this season, ranking second in the NFL with 13.5 sacks behind only Cardinals linebacker Chandler Jones.

He's been so good that his defensive coordinator said all he has to do is keep rushing and he'll get sacks. But he went one step further in describing his star defender, and it was a confusing step to be certain.

"He's a racing lizard out there," Marinelli told reporters at Cowboys practice Thursday. "He's all over the place."

Lawrence is quick and agile for his 6-3, 251-pound frame, but when watching him play, there are very few who would describe it as "lizard-like." Marinelli would explain.

Now in his fourth season as the defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys , Rod Marinelli seems to escape all accountability for his failures at his job. There’s quickly becoming three certainties in life. Death, taxes and a defensive meltdown from the Dallas Cowboys .

"You can't catch him," Marinelli explained. "He's on your garage, and he's all over the place. "

That explains it. Lawrence is so quick and unpredicatable no one can catch him. But beyond any reptilian qualities, Lawrence is simply a good football player. He has had eight or more sacks two of the last three years since the Cowboys drafted him in the second round in 2014, and he is surely going to the Pro Bowl with his level of production this year.

Other than a few run-ins with officials and how they call games, Lawrence has been quiet and methodical in what he does, and what he is currently doing is borderline Defensive Player of the Year-worthy.

"His deal since he's been here is 'I am going to play hard.' He plays hard," Marinelli said. "He doesn't worry about all the other stuff. ...He has always done that. I remember ..when he had the eight sacks, I guess it was a couple years ago, he started the season off slow and it never fazed him. ...That's why I just love the guy, there's nothing that slows this guy down. ...All the sacks are great. I love how he plays the game."
