Middlesbrough eye moves for Craig Dawson and Chris Brunt .
Middlesbrough are considering making a summer move for West Brom duo Craig Dawson and Chris Brunt, according to reports. It’s claimed that former Baggies boss Tony Pulis, who is now enjoying a strong season with Boro, is a huge admirer of the duo and is desperate to work with them once again. West Brom appear all but set to face relegation down to the Championship and this means that a number of key players are expected to leave the club when the summer transfer window opens. Pulis, who was sacked by the Baggies earlier on this season, is understood to still have a good relationship with some members of Alan Pardew’s squad and is keen to land Dawson and Brunt. Middlesbrough currently sit in sixth place on the Championship table and will be keen to bounce straight back up to the Premier League through the play-offs. If they do this, it’s likely that a move to the Riverside Stadium could be a tempting proposition for both Dawson and Brunt given their experience of the top flight.
