During Tuesday's game against the Phoenix Suns, LeBron James noticed a young fan in the audience with a sign that read, "You are more than an athlete."

The sign, a reference to the NBA star's response to Fox News host Laura Ingraham, who called James “ignorant” and told him to “shut up and dribble," following his comments about President Donald Trump.

James had a Cavs staffer give the young fan his arm sleeve, to make sure the boy knew he appreciated the gesture.
