While he was taking pictures with the hard-earned gong, his kid Makka Mohamed Salah showed off her own skills to huge cheers. And after Salah cheekily took the ball, he was jokingly booed from the stands.

The Egyptian forward celebrated on the Anfield pitch after winning another personal accolade with his goal against Brighton sealing the Premier League Golden Boot and helping Liverpool to secure a top-four finish.

While he was posing for pictures with the highly-coveted award, his four-year-old daughter Makka Mohamed Salah came running on to show off her own skills which sparked huge cheers from the stands.

The PFA Player of the Year Salah scored his 32nd league goal of the season in the 4-0 final-day win over Brighton to beat Harry Kane in the race for the Golden Boot.

His strike also meant he broke the record he had shared with Alan Shearer, Cristiano Ronaldo and Luis Suarez for the most goals in a 38-game Premier League season.

Reflecting on his success, Salah said: 'They say I didn't have success here the first time.

'So it was always in my mind to have success here in the Premier League. I am very happy. I am very proud to win it.'
