The Hull Daily Mail claims that Genoa will join the likes of Celtic and Leeds in pursuit of the striker, who will become a free agent later this month. Celtic have officially announced the signing of striker Odsonne Edouard from Paris Saint-Germain. The 20-year-old has put pen to paper on a four-year deal and becomes the club’s most expensive player of all time. Celtic are believed to have paid around £9 million for Edouard, meaning he overtakes both John Hartson and Chris Sutton to become most expensive signing that the club has ever made. Edouard scored nine goals in 22 games while on loan at Celtic Park last season and despite interest from elsewhere, it was always his preference to make a permanent switch to the Scottish champions.
