Michael Porter Jr. canceled his second pro day after suffering muscle spasms in his hip, ESPN.com reported.

The pro day was supposed to be held Friday in Chicago, but Porter couldn't get out of bed because of the spasms. There is a chance Porter could reschedule his workout, but it's unlikely since the draft is next week.

However, representatives from NBA teams likely will still meet with Porter in Chicago just to chat. NBA team doctors have also been invited so Porter can prove he's healthy.

"There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with him right now," one NBA executive told ESPN. "But a conservative doctor could still [be concerned about] what might happen down the road."

Porter's freshman season at Mizzou came to a halt in November, when he had to have a microdiscectomy surgery on his L3 and L4 spinal disks. He was cleared to play in March, but only played in two games after the Tigers were eliminated from the NCAA Tournament.
