West Brom interested in loan swoop for Ola Aina .
West Brom are hoping to sign Chelsea defender Ola Aina on loan this summer, according to Pete O’Rourke. Writing on the Football Insider, O’Rourke claims that the Baggies want to bring in Aina temporarily after a deal to sign Tom James from Yeovil fell through. Darren Moore’s men had been hoping to sign James this summer, but there have been contrasting reports as to why the deal failed to materialise, with some suggestions he failed a medical at the club. Aina does not feature in Maurizio Sarri’s plans at Stamford Bridge this season and is set to be loaned out once again this summer. The Nigerian defender spent last season on loan at Hull City, where he impressed and was a mainstay in their team, despite their battle against relegation. Moore has already been very active in the loan market, with Harvey Barnes joining from Leicester and Manchester City’s Tosin Adarabioyo linked with a move.
