Stephen said that he will never be able to forgive Thomas and Molly Martens after they murdered Jason in August 2015.

Speaking to the Irish Star, Stephen said: "In my mind they should be locked away forever.

"I would never reach out to them, I could never forgive them for what they did to him.

"The only way I would describe her and her father is evil to the bone and that's it."

Stephen did not head to North Carolina with the rest of the family for the court case instead staying in Limerick.

His brother was hit in the head 10 times with an aluminum bat and cement brick. The autopsy showing Jason died from blunt force trauma to the head. He had strong words regarding Molly Corbett and Thomas Martens .

Jury finds Molly Martens Corbett , former FBI agent Thomas Martens both guilty of "My parents lost their child, and we lost the most wonderful brother and friend." Authorities described a bloody scene when Jason Corbett was found in the home' s master bedroom on Aug 2, 2015.

He explained how Molly sent adoption papers to Jason's parents a week after his murder for his children Jack and Sarah and asked the family to pay ambulance fees.

He said: "Even the week after my brother was killed she had the cheek to send the adoption papers to my mother and father asking them to sign them.

"That was continued, all stuff like that all the time. She just never stopped. She was cold and calculated.

"There's no excuse, they are just evil and they tried to blacken my brother's name.

"I always said to anyone just read the postmortem of how he was killed.

"They had no more evidence after that. According to them it was a fight to the death. My brother was six foot something, if he hit you let me tell you you'd be left marked."
