  Woman held over Nottingham railway station fire The blaze on January 12 is believed to have started in a toilet block and caused major disruption to passengers.British Transport Police said the suspect was detained in Derby on suspicion of arson and is in custody.

One person was taken to hospital following an overnight fire at a house in Dublin city. The blaze broke out at Marrowbone Lane off Cork Street in the south inner city at around 2.25am.

Three units were required at the scene with assistance from the Gas network and the ESB

Paramedics were required at the scene of a large overnight blaze in Mulhuddart.

According to Dublin Fire Brigade, one resident suffering with smoke inhalation needed urgent care. The blaze broke out late last night with three units from Blanchardstown and Phibsborough in attendance.

The resident was rushed to hospital, though their injuries were described as non-life threatening.

Assistance from ESB and Gas Networks Ireland was also required due to the extent of damage throughout the property.

A Dublin Fire Brigade spokesman told Dublin Live - firefighters were on the scene for two hours before the blaze was fully extinguished.
